These Terms govern use of 70x7 Social Media Management ("70x7 SMM", "the service", "we", "us"), a tool that schedules and publishes content to a connected account's own social media profiles and reports on their performance. By connecting an account, you agree to these Terms.
After an account owner grants access through each platform's standard OAuth consent screen, the service can schedule and publish content the owner provides to their own connected accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other supported platforms), display and reply to comments on the account's own posts, and show back analytics for the account's own content.
The service uses the official APIs of each connected platform, and your use is also subject to those platforms' terms (see the links in our Privacy Policy). You may revoke the service's access to any connected account at any time from that platform's settings, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our handling of your data is described there.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, since publishing depends on third-party platform APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including failed or delayed posts or any action a platform takes regarding your content or account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
